Whether you’ve purchased compound bows, traditional bows, arrows, or accessories, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your equipment.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to inspect your archery equipment and ensure it meets your expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original Packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective cases for bows
- Complete Set: All components, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Proof of Purchase: Include your original order confirmation or receipt
Important Note on Customized & Safety Items
For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Fletched Arrows – Due to their personalized nature
- Arrow Making Components (individual shafts, fletchings, nocks, points) – Once opened, these cannot be resold
- Used Arm Guards & Chest Guards – For hygiene reasons
- Personalized Equipment – Any custom-engraved or modified items

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items in the original packaging, include all components and your Return Authorization Number, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account
What’s Refunded
- Full cost of returned products
- Original shipping fees (if returning entire order due to our error)
What’s Not Refunded
- Return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
- Original shipping fees on partial returns
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping
International Returns
As we serve archers globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx)
- Refunds will be processed in GBP (British Pounds)
